^C1FThank you for using Out of the Office!
^C17This letter will help teach you how to communicate with Out of the Office.
^C1FWHAT OUT OF THE OFFICE DOES
===========================
^C17Out of the Office is a service. It will assist you with handling your email
while you are unavailable. Specifically, when you plan to be away, you can
schedule your absence with Out of the Office. Out of the Office will then:
a) Notify people that send you email that you are unavailable, and
when you will be returning. It will also include a personalized
message which you can (optionally) provide.
b) Forward your email to another person you identify (optional).
c) When you return, Out of the Office will provide you with a list
of the people who sent you email, when it was sent, and when
they were notified of your absence. If forwarding is enabled,
Out of the Office will notify you when the message was forwarded,
and to whom.
